Ginny has been pivotal in advocating for the health-related social needs of underserved communities in Cleveland, particularly those in homeless shelters and re-entry populations. She introduced the Pathways HUB model to Cuyahoga County in 2018, leading to its adoption by Better Health Partnership and the HUB's launch in 2020.
She mentors care coordination agencies, and serves on many boards.
